Exchange & Returns Policy

At Nova Lane, we want you to love what you ordered!
If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:


Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the item you want is unavailable, you can choose another product or request a store credit.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items, accessories, and personal-use items are not eligible for returns.

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Email us at support@novalane.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We will guide you through the next steps.

  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • You will be notified once the refund is processed.


Important Notes

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.

  • Please pack the return securely to avoid any damage during shipping.
