Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, you can choose another product or request a store credit.
Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.

Sale items, accessories, and personal-use items are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

Email us at support@novalane.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.
